3. How long is a Whisky Expo session?

The Whisky Tasting Expo duration is 3.5 hours.
It’s best to arrive close to starting time to get maximum time to taste and talk to the experts.

5. Can I bring a friend and buy a ticket at the door?

Yes, but if the event is full you may not be able to purchase a ticket at all. Phone us well before so we can add your name to the possible door sales. The only safe way to get in is to purchase a ticket beforehand.

6. Can I change the ticket I have already booked?

Yes. You can exchange the ticket for another session time in the same city event if the desired time is available.
You can do this yourself on line but logging into the ticket website using your email address and look in the ‘Tickets’ section in the menu under your name.

8. What methods can I use to pay for my tickets?

You can use Visacard, Mastercard or American Express cards. If you don’t have a Credit Card you can email or phone us to arrange to send us money by post or direct bank deposit if there is sufficient time. Email us or phone us for details on 02 8338 0032.

9. What if I lose my ticket?

Tickets are delivered by email and may be printed or shown on your mobile device.
If you lose your ticket, you can reprint it from the file attached to the email sent to you on the day you purchased it.

If you don’t have that email and file you should contact us with the details you provided to purchase the ticket and we will resend the email with the ticket file attached. If this is not possible, please phone us and we will attempt to retrieve your ticket from our system another way.

If you lose your ticket on the way to the venue, ensure you have some photo identification with you so we can search for your ticket.

Please read the Whisky Live Policies about refunds and changes to tickets.

10. Can I purchase a ticket at the door on the day?

Yes, but this is not advised in case the session you attend is sold out. For all Whisky Live events, there are limited number of tickets sold. Should a session that you arrive at be full, you will not be able to get in.
It is advised that you pre-purchase your tickets to ensure admission.
You should check if tickets are available before traveling to the event without a pre-purchased ticket.
Whisky Live can not be responsible for travel costs or inconvenience should you arrive at a session without a ticket and are not permitted to attend because the session is fully booked.
